Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fin4Kast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.

2. Definitions

  • Organization – The company or entity that holds a Fin4Kast account.
  • Admin – The primary user who controls billing and user invitations.
  • Member – A user with data entry and editing permissions.
  • Viewer – A user with read-only access.
  • Project – A financial forecasting entity within an Organization.

3. Account & Billing

3.1 Subscription Tiers

  • Standard: $150/month – 1 Admin + 1 Member + Unlimited Viewers
  • Elite: $300/month – 1 Admin + 5 Members + Unlimited Viewers

3.2 Free Trial

New Organizations receive a 15-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.

3.3 Payment

Billing is monthly, prepaid. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

3.4 Upgrading & Downgrading

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrading to a lower tier requires reducing active Members to fit within the new limit.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account becomes read-only for 30 days before permanent deletion.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your Organization.
  • You must keep login credentials secure.
  • You may not use Fin4Kast for illegal activities, fraud, or unauthorized data scraping.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • You own all data you input into Fin4Kast.
  • We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Service Level & Limitations

  • We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We reserve the right to impose reasonable API rate limits.
  • We may deprecate features with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Fin4Kast name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property.
  • You grant us a license to display and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fin4Kast is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fin4Kast against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State – e.g., England & Wales, or Dubai International Financial Centre]. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City].

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice at least 14 days in advance.
